Romance
I came across a book of mine I wrote some time ago
I had quite forgotten it but penned it even so
A romantic novel with a girl upon the stage.
Who with a rotten critic was in quite a rage!
All in all the situation Has been rather grim
So eventually you find she falls in love with him!
It took me back in time to when I first met Sue
I thoroughly annoyed her, as timid lovers do.
All is well that ends well or so romantics say
And I have been in love with her to this very day!
