Golf I’ve been on the golf course for the first time in eight weeks And thoroughly enjoyed it despite the aches and creaks! The golf itself was never great, in fact it might appal! Of course the score’s irrelevant and didn’t count at all! We enjoyed the freedom without any cares But we couldn’t be a foursome we could only play in pairs! The craic was great as always, so we had a lot of fun While we traversed the fairways in the early morning sun.
