How Many Days to Christmas
“How many days to Christmas?”
I hear the children cry.
Growing more impatient
As the days go by!
They write their lists for Santa
(With a little help from mum!).
And know, that if they’re very good,
That jolly man will come.
They hear the tales of Jesus birth
With reverence and awe.
While their favourite pussy cat
Sits and licks a paw!
They feel excitement building
And so they have to know
How many days to Christmas
And impatience, it will show!
