Arguments
Arguments are caused when people disagree.
When someone has opinions not the same as me!
We had a friendly argument early on today.
It was “undisputable” Ken was heard to say!
The poor man was corrected in the general gabble
That the word he should have used was “indisputable”!
The general consensus was that Ken was incorrect.
That we might be mistaken we did not suspect.
Indisputable then became the word to use today
In my lockdown poem when I start to play!
I then checked it carefully to prove that we were right
And there I found the answer down in black and white!
“Undisputable” is listed, meaning just the same
As “indisputable”, so we were all to blame!
Ken’s been vindicated, the rest of us were wrong
And we should be singing a very sorry song!
