Angels We’re Not!
I saw a little angel in church the other day
Slyly push her sister and then just run away.
She may think her infamy has been quite unseen
If Mummy were not watching it just might have been!
We may think we’re clever and will not be found out
But our Heavenly Father knows what we’re about!
None of us are perfect and our actions are all known
So we should be thankful that God’s mercy will be shown.
Jesus came for all of us. To save us from our sin.
And rescue us for ever from the trouble we are in!
